Shipping

Orders will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the payment. Then the order will be shipped with the courier service. The shipping time in the UAE is within 5 working days for Clothes and within 10 working days for jewelry and it is free of charge; however, shipping times and rates will vary in other countries. Please note that some countries add custom clearance rates on the customer.

Return & Exchange

Herz accepts product exchanges for clothes only within 5 days from receiving the order. In the UAE, the item is exchanged for free; however, in the rest of the countries the product should be shipped back at the customer’s expense. Please note that jewelry pieces cannot be exchanged or returned.

The garment returned for exchange should be unworn, unused, and with the same packaging and tag received. After these points are checked store credit will be available with the product’s price. Please note that if the returned product has any signs of wear or is missing the tags Herz will not accept the return. We do not accept refunds.
